In the beginning of 1996, the architect Ruy Ohtake contacted BSH to advise his client, the Siaulys family, who owned some land very well located at Brigadeiro Luís Antônio avenue, with a view of the Ibirapuera Park.
The Siaulys family wanted to build a hotel that was a monument to the city, that presented characteristics of a life style hotel, that matched their life style and that, being profitable, didn't have to be the most rentable business in the world.
BSH, as a Hospitality Asset Management company, has the goal to meet it's clients objectives. Unique Hotel is today a monument to São Paulo city, it is a life style hotel, it is a profitable business and it has a moderate return fee.
