(Investment Qualification and Governance System Restructuring)

In 2006 Aquarius Empreendimentos Imobiliários (formed by Grupo Fator and PDG Realty) decided to undertake a mixed-use complex with hotels and residential services, Caesar Business Salvador.

BSH developed market and economic-financial feasibility studies, qualifying the investment and indicating the maximum sales values for each unit of this Condo-Hotel, in view of the return rate expected by investors.

The venture was widely accepted by the investing public of Salvador.
In mid-2009 BSH is again called by Aquarius, through PDG Realty. The time had come to deliver the project and the cost estimate for hotel implementation (furniture, decoration, equipment and trousseau) had been exceeded by the budget. There was a revolution on the part of investors.

BSH identified that Caesar Business Salvador's governance system was fragile. BSH redesigned the governance system with investor approval and monitored the end of the project, participated in its opening and remained as an investor consultant during the first six months of operation, retiring in July 2011.

From the beginning, the project exceeded investors' expectations and consolidated itself as one of the best executive accommodation options in the capital of Bahia.

With the acquisition of the Posadas Group's operations in South America by Accor, the project should have its conversion to the Mercure brand throughout 2013.
