José Ernesto Marino Neto

BSH International is formed by a multidisciplinary team led by its founder, Prof. José Ernesto Marino Neto, Ph.D.

Bachelor’s in law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), with concentration in Business Law, he is also graduated in courses of Economics and Leadership, held in Brazil and Germany. He has specialization in Tourism Marketing from USP and has obtained a master’s degree in Administration from Florida Christian University in the United States, and Ph.D. degree in Business Administration from the same university.

Professor of Hotel Investments at Fundação Getúlio Vargas since 1999, he served as member of the advisory board of the Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management of New York University for 16 years until he became an emeritus member. Invited professor at several different universities in Brazil and in the United States, he was the first Latin American to be invited to become a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants – ISHC, having joined the organization in 2000.

Currently, also teaches in the MBA Real Estate, course at IBMEC.

Patricia de Barros Barreto Marino

Vice-presidente administrativo financeira da BSH desde 2001. Formada em Comunicação Social pela Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (Faap), por doze anos respondeu pela gerência financeira do escritório paulista da Monsem, Leonardos & Cia. Sua trajetória profissional inclui a gerência financeira da Roberto Castelli, empresa especializada em leilões de arte, onde trabalhou por dois anos, e estágio em duas agências de publicidade.

Additionally, she has extension courses at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado in Financial Accounting.

Luis Otavio Leal Pinheiro

Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade de São Paulo and Hospitality from Centro Universitário SENAC-SP, also completed an MBA in Strategic Management of People and Sustainable Organizations from FUNDACE- USP of Ribeirão Preto-SP. Luís Otávio has over 15 years of experience in Hotel Management in international brands of influential hotel chains, besides had working with two major Brazilian hotel administrators offices, in improving of processes and results.
